In 2010 we purchased a holiday apartment, here in Brixham. It has great views, is in a prime location on the Quayside and has quality modern furniture and decoration. This year (2012) we let it for 46 weeks.
Whilst we can't guarantee you the same level of success, we believe that our in depth knowledge of Internet marketing techniques, our large database of guests who have stayed in Brixham and our fully automated online booking system will help you achieve excellent results. Also, because we are based here in the centre of Brixham, we are on hand 7 days a week to offer assistance to guests if required.
Use your home as much as you want
We understand that you may want to use your precious holiday home for your own holidays. Therefore we do not put a restriction on the number of weeks you can use your property.
Let us promote and manage the weeks you are not using your Brixham holiday home. We can take care of all the adminstration and liasion with the guests, including key holding, cleaning and linen hire if required. We also look after the collecting of deposits and rents and pay you the full rental collected, less our commission, the day after guests have left the accommodation.
