12 The Quay is a large modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment situated directly on Brixham's pretty inner harbour. Enjoy stunning harbour & sea views from the lounge & dining area windows. Luxury furnishings and fittings throughout complete this very popular Brixham holiday apartment.

Being right on the quayside, you feel very involved with all the activities going on around the harbour. The boats are so close you can almost reach out and touch them.

This historic building has been expertly modernised with neutral décor, lighting, and all new luxury furniture and fittings. Your holiday apartment spans the entire 2nd (top) floor and in addition to the panoramic views, also benefits from dramatic vaulted ceilings to most rooms, making it feel even lighter and more spacious. At almost 1000 sq feet (100 sq metres) this apartment is considerably bigger than most 2 bedroom apartments.

The 2 en-suite bedrooms are at the rear of the property and are double glazed, so even though you are in the centre of the harbour area, you are assured a quiet nights sleep. One has a Kingsize bed and the other a zip n link bed that can be made up as 2 single beds or a super king. Please let us know how you would like it configured when you book.

This property was totally refurbished in March 2016. Improvements include both bedrooms have new beds and furniture and are now en-suite with super lush 5* hotel standard fixtures & fittings. The 2nd bedroom has been enlarged and can be configured as a Super King or 2 single beds. The 'Jack and Jill' family bathroom has a large bath with shower over. All new plumbing including gas fired central heating and a combi boiler. New staircase in hardwood and glass. All new carpets and flooring throughout. Total re-decoration throughout.

There is also free 1 hour parking immediately outside the front door of the apartment - useful for unloading.

Damage Deposit - your card will be pre-authorised for a £100 security deposit when you pay your balance. This authorisation is released within 7 days of departure.

I have been in Brixham a few times before and never stayed in such a perfect location and property. It was beautifully laid out and easy to find. It was clean and had everything needed for a home from home stay. They have thought of everything from hangers to a child’s safety gate. It even has a car parking space right in the middle of town which is very rare. Steve the host made sure all our needs were met and attentive in every aspect. We shall be staying there every time we visit this beautiful little town. Which is on a regular for us now. You are right in the middle of town and you couldn’t ask for anything more! Loved it and highly recommend it.

Stayed here for week in July. It is great top floor flat on the quayside of Brixham. Fabulous location. Lovely apartment with all modern cons. Nice touches likes books, games etc. Wifi a tad slow for modern streaming but enough for mobile phones. The flat has a free allocated parking sapce. The only issue is that there is a metal post on one side and if you drive a fiat 500 your fine. Sadly, l dont, so l had to buy a space in council park and thats a lottery in itself if you can get a space. Fantastic ambient location where you can hear and participate in the local life. We loved it!. N o issues with noise as all bars go quiet after 10pm. There is cocktail bar which is open to 12pm but there minimal noise You wont be disappointed. This is lovely, welcoming town and a lovely change from going to Europe. Definitely worth a stay

Future tenants should be made aware of very steep stairs to the top floor apartment, also you should bring ear plugs if you want a good nights sleep because of the continual squawking of seagulls on the roof. The views from the living room are superb and the shower rooms are excellent. Wi-fi is excellent too. There is also a diversion of books and games if needed as well as CD's and Netflix.

The flat is clean, comfortable with everything we needed for our break. The view was fascinating; interesting with constant change whatever the weather. We loved having the books in the living room, it was like having a private library. We were warm and comfortable. We did worry about parking but got the weekly ticket from Torbay council which worked well. The stairs were steep for my 88 year old mother but she felt the view was worth the climb. A lovely break.
