The Cove is located above Fishcombe Cove, adjacent to National Trust woodland. It is a gated community of 35 apartments providing parking and a heated open air swimming pool (May Bank holiday – September)

There is private access to the beach directly from the development whilst Brixham is approximately a 15 minute walk via Battery Gardens and alongside the harbour. The South West Coast Path runs behind The Cove offering a variety of walks.

Sandpiper 3 has good accessibility and is full of natural light. Sliding doors lead from the patio to the living room and main bedroom. The apartment benefits from a walk-in shower. The patio provides the opportunity to sit and relax in the sunshine whilst enjoying the magnificent sea views of Torbay and beyond.

Sandpiper 3 is well-equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, cooker and hob plus washing machine. At the rear of the property, there is an undercroft useful for storing beach equipment, walking boots, bicycles, canoes and wet suits etc.

A dedicated onsite parking space, close to your apartment, is included as is wi-fi, access to the heated open air swimming pool (end of May to mid September), quality bed linen & towels and all utilities.

Had an nice stay at Sandpiper 3, the apartment kitchen & bathroom facilities were very good but was let down as the the beds were uncomfortable, the sofa seat cushions were very thin so not comfortable and lastly could have done with some drawers in the bedrooms as the wardrobe space was very small. The location was good and the outlook amazing. Right on the coastal path so nice walks nearby and easy access into Brixham.

We stayed in August 2020. The location of this little apartment is absolutely stunning, I could have sat all day drinking in the views from the terrace. The short walk into Brixham is beautiful and there are 2 lovely coves a few minutes walk through National Trust woods which we loved. The apartment itself is small (for a family of four) but perfectly fine for its purpose and very well equipped for self-catering. The only negatives are that the beds are hard, there is very little space for storing any luggage and the sofas could also do with updating but these are small issues.

Although the apartment was nice and relatively comfortable ,it needs updating in the entrance area. We were blessed with an Indian Summer and this made the stay very enjoyable and relaxing. The apartment itself is satisfactory and well equipped.

The Sandpiper 3 Holiday Apartment was clean, nicely furnished with all mod cons including a smart TV. The location has lovely seaviews across Torbay. The only gripe about the accommodation was the rock hard beds that made you feel like you've done 12 rounds with Mike Tyson at the end of the night! There are some lovely walks through the woodland and down into the 2 coves that span either side of the development. We were able to use the small club house on the adjacent holiday park although we went just out of the main season.The bar staff were very friendly and they do a bit of standard Pub grub and there's live music and good old bingo earlier in the eve. I would definitely recommend this as a great holiday location just slightly let down by the beds. Ps Don't go to Paignton... A god awful place!!!
