The Cove is located above Fishcombe Cove, adjacent to National Trust woodland. It is a gated community of 35 apartments providing parking and a heated open air swimming pool (May Bank holiday – September)

There is private access to the beach directly from the development whilst Brixham is approximately a 15 minute walk via Battery Gardens and alongside the harbour. The South West Coast Path runs behind The Cove offering a variety of walks.

Sandpiper 3 has good accessibility and is full of natural light. Sliding doors lead from the patio to the living room and main bedroom. The apartment benefits from a walk-in shower. The patio provides the opportunity to sit and relax in the sunshine whilst enjoying the magnificent sea views of Torbay and beyond.

Sandpiper 3 is well-equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, cooker and hob plus washing machine. At the rear of the property, there is an undercroft useful for storing beach equipment, walking boots, bicycles, canoes and wet suits etc.

A dedicated onsite parking space, close to your apartment, is included as is wi-fi, access to the heated open air swimming pool (end of May to mid September), quality bed linen & towels and all utilities.

The two bedrooms are very small to accommodate four adults. Each room had a small wardrobe and a tiny shelf within wardrobe. There is a lack of privacy in the front bedroom as the bed is so big you cannot close the door.

Just got back from Sandpiper 3, The Cove. We had a lovely week. Lovely views across the bay. Excellent facilities and all kept very clean. Appreciated having the dishwasher. Beds very comfy and we slept well. The only very tiny point, the apartment could have done with one or two more teaspoons, but that is a very minor point and in no way detracts from what is a lovely place to stay. We would definitely come again.

Apartment was clean and well maintained. Comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. The view was lovely. Only negative is the roads leading to the development were narrow and tight to navigate.

We have stayed in a few apartments on the cove thoroughly enjoyed every one , naturally some minus and plus for each one. The plus for the sandpiper was the walk in shower and the amazing views. We had a fabulous holiday and would love to stay in the sandpiper 3 again in the near future . It was also lovely to have the pool open again as last year 2020 it was closed due to COVID . We took our grandaughter.,so the pool open made our holiday perfect. Again lovely holiday had by all, and the views spectacular. Thank you to you all .Roy and Barbara

Set in a peaceful location next to National Trust woodland, it's a 10–15 minute walk through the woods to picturesque Brixham Harbour with its many shops, cafes, restaurants & attractions. An hourly bus to Brixham Harbour stops right outside the entrance.
