Sea Breeze is a delightful 2 bedroom cottage that has been tastefully refurbished. Decorated in a bright modern seaside style, Sea Breeze provides spacious and stylish accommodation for 4 people + an infant.

A small patio at the front provides seating with a view of the inner harbour and the terraced rear garden has a raised deck area with spectacular bay views.

Dogs are welcome subject to our pet policy.

Sea Breeze briefly comprises on the upper level a lounge / dining area with beautiful views of the inner harbour, 2 comfortable sofas, TV, log burner, dining table & 4 chairs and a spacious very well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, induction hob & dishwasher. To the rear is a terraced garden with dining table and 4 chairs and a viewing platform with bench seating with magnificent bay views. The lower level has a front bedroom with harbour views and a very comfortable zip n link bed that can be made as a twin or king size. The rear bedroom also has an equally comfortable zip and link beds that again can be made up as a twin or king size. There is also a large family bathroom with a walk in shower, w/c & wash basin. A small utility room features a modern washer / dryer.

The property can be accessed from the road above or below and ample free & safe on street parking is available in the roads above.

Short breaks of 2 nights or more are available most of the year except the last May Bank Holiday and the 5 peak summer weeks when the minimum stay is 7 nights.

PLEASE NOTE - there are approx 100 steep steps to reach this property from King Street below. However, there is rear access from the road above that is approx 35 steps down through the terraced garden. Access to the front door is also available from North View Road and a car can stop close by.

Parking - Torbay council no longer issue physical parking permits. If you wish, you can order a virtual permit online at a cost of approx. £35 per week. These permits are valid for all of the 32 council pay and display car parks in the wider Torbay area including the 4 in Brixham – very useful if you plan to travel around the area. Full details and a web link will be sent with your arrival information approx. 6 weeks before your holiday begins.

Damage Deposit - your card will be pre-authorised for a £100 security deposit when you pay your balance. This authorisation is released within 7 days of departure.

The house is really close to the center of Brixham and at night you can hear all the sounds from the bay from the living room, you have a great view from the living room and even better from the decking at the back. You do need to go up and down some steps to get up to the apartment, so if you are infirm I would advise against but for us it was just a nice little workout! The place was in good condition, everything neat and tidy with some wine and biscuits on arrival! Some good boardgames in there and the TV has netflix/amazon etc so there is stuff to do on rainy days. More than enough space for 3 adults! Brixham itself is lovely, great seafood everywhere and pubs galore. You can do amazing coastal walks North and South (Berry Head), there is lots going on in Paignton and Torquay and a couple of National Trust places that are really worth a visit. Also lots of Seals once you get out of the harbour. We went for a swim one cove over and were joined by a couple. A really great stay in a great little house

This property is a gem and ideal for exploring Brixham and the local area. The cottage was clean, had been decorated to a high standard, and the owners had thought of everything for their guests (including stair gates which helped us with a one year old!) meaning our week away was thoroughly enjoyable. Previous reviews were correct. Parking at the rear of the cottage is a must (we found a space 20m from the rear gate) as there is not much space at the front. The steps from the front of the cottage down to the harbour could also be an issue, but there are many different sets of steps, and a slope, so we found a route that suited us. The views from the cottage are also stunning, especially from the terrace at the top of the garden, and we spent many minutes watching the harbour from the front room windows. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

A excellently catered for property with superb harbour views. The property is well located, although be prepared to walk a few steps to and from this property. The accommodation was comfortable, with all the normal home mod coms, everything you would need is looked after so made life simple whilst away on your holidays. Local amenities are all within a five minute walk, so all nice and handy. A perfect location, in a perfect setting.

Very clean cottage with everything you need and (much) more, very well decorated. Beautifull location with a stunning view from the living room. The steps from the harbour to the cottage were not really a problem for us. It did not hinder us going to the harbour every day. Brixam Holidays made us feel very wellcome with complementary coffee, tea, biscuits and a good bottle of chilled white wine and very usefull information about the cottage and the surroundings by e-mail a few days before we went to Brixham. In short: a holiday to remember!

We wanted a peaceful break in a place where we have stayed before. This cottage was new to us and it looked like it had all we wanted on brixham holidays website. Booking was straight forward online and the information pack was sent by email immediately. We parked in a free area to the rear of the cottage and access was simple via the key safe. The cottage was well presented and well equipped. The owners / agents had left milk and a nice wine in the fridge which was much appreciated - thank you. Great harbour views from the living room which has 2 comfortable 2 seat sofas and a decent smart TV. We used the front bedroom which is downstairs and had uninterrupted sleep where not even a seagull disturbed us! The location is excellent and it's just a few minutes to the harbour. We found that there are easier steps down if you struggle with the closest ones to the property. If you leave the front of the cottage turn left and about 100 metres along North view road the steps are shallower, maybe called Peter steps or similar. We liked the property and would consider staying here again.
