The Watch House is built in an 'upside down' style with the lounge, kitchen and dining areas and garage/utility room on the entrance floor with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower floor.

Living area
You enter into a large hallway that leads to the kitchen/diner with seating for 8 and a door that leads to the integral garage/utility room.
A spacious lounge with a huge picture window, a wood burner, 2 stylish sofas and 2 swivel arm chairs and TV unit complete the ground floor accommodation.
A curved staircase leads from the hallway to the lower floor. The lower floor has a corner nook with 2 armchairs and a TV for gaming.
NOTE: Two of the double glazed windows have internal condensation - they will be replaced at the end of the 2019 season.

The Master en-suite bedroom enjoys spectacular views over the harbour features a king size bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers, the large en-suite has shower w/c and wash basin.
The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, the same amazing harbour views and a sliding glass door to the full-width terrace.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 x single beds and yet again has fantastic views over the harbour. The 4th bedroom has a double bed and side views. There are also 2 more bathrooms on this floor, 1 with a w/c & bathtub and the other with a w/c and shower.

The property is situated in an elevated position on North View Road - a 4-minute walk down steps brings you to the central harbour area with its eclectic selection of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and attractions.

Parking - there is space for 2 cars. Very rare for properties in the harbour area.

Short breaks - starting any day from 2 nights are available most of the year except peak school holidays when the property is available weekly Saturday to Saturday.

Damage Deposit - your card will be pre-authorised for a £200 security deposit when you pay your balance. This authorisation is released within 7 days of departure.

A modern apartment with a stunning view of Brixham harbour but a shame that the windows have seen better days. The beds were comfy with plenty of space for 6 adults . It was nice to have tea/ coffee and milk provided but that was it as far as extras go , no other condiments and hand wash not provided in all bathrooms . Unfortunately the fridge was not working either but to be fair the letting company did offer to come and look at it for us . The apartment is perfectly situated to explore Brixham , with a short but step walk down steps to the harbour . If not for the missing extras I would have given a 9/10 for our stay .

The view was amazing only enhanced by the binoculars that were supplied. A beautiful house really enjoyed our stay. The steps down to the harbour are very steep and might be too much for some. Would love to stay there again.

Our stay at the watch house gave us an excellent holiday in May. The house certainly is in the prime location, just a few yards above the restaurants and pubs of Brixham Harbour, and also the shops in the high street provided all that we needed. The rooms were very comfortable indeed. Our Honda CRV didn't fit in the garage, but off road parking on the house frontage was no problem at all. There was only one downpoint, the double glazing in the house needs replacing, the picture window overlooking the harbour was in particularly poor state, condensation between the glass attenuated the view. Service support for the house was especially good, the agents responded to our calls very quickly.
